The Golden Hoosier Passport (GHP) may be used by an Indiana resident receiving or eligible to receive Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) under 42 U.S. Code 423 as described by the Social    Security Administration. This permit is not transferable to family members or any other individual. The eligible cardholder must be present in the vehicle at the time of use. A legal guardian may purchase under the disability exemption on behalf of a disabled individual, who must be present.
