IMPORTANT. The magazine portion of this pack will be mailed separately and will arrive mid-January. The subscription will begin with the Jan/Feb 2025issue. Upon completing your order, please follow the link provided in your email confirmation and provide us with the needed information for the magazine subscription. If you have ordered multiple packs, you must fill out the form multiple times.

Your gift pack will arrive in a 6 x 9 envelope and include the following:

•  A Congratulations letter that details the Holiday Gift Pack product, and informs the recipient that the magazine subscription portion of the pack will arrive separately.
• 2025 SSDI Passport (similar in look to a credit card). Valid for entrance into any of our State Park and Reservoir properties for the 2025 calendar year.

• $100 Indiana State Park Camp Gift Card. This card may be used to make reservations or walk-in registrations for Indiana State Parks and Reservoirs, as well as Greene-Sullivan and Starve Hollow Forestry properties, for the following facilities: All campgrounds (family, equestrian, youth, rally, canoe, etc.), recreation buildings, shelters, family cabins and rent-a-camp cabins (excluding inn-operated cabins), and group camps and cottages.This card may be used to pay for daily or annual entrance fees, lake permits, horse tags, and many other items sold by the property, except for those operations run by private concessionaires. Card is NOT valid for reservations or purchases at Indiana State Park Inns or privately-operated concessions.  Card is NOT redeemable for cash. Indiana DNR is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen cards.

This product ships from our downtown Indianapolis location via USPS. As this item is sold as a "pack", it must be returned or exchanged as a "pack". No refunds or exchanges after 3/31/25.
