Golden Hoosier Passport - Updated for 2025
The Golden Hoosier Passport (GHP) may be used by Indiana residents at least 65 years and older. The GHP admits the eligible individual and all persons
accompanying the cardholder in a single private, family-type non-commercial vehicle, or two motorcycles to any property administered by the Indiana DNR,
where entrances are designated and fees are charged. It is not valid for entrance to State Historic Sites, or Falls of the Ohio Interpretive Center.
This pass does not cover special user charges for services and facilities within the property.
This pass is not transferable to family members or any other individual. The eligible
cardholder must be present in the vehicle at the time of use.
Guests must keep all pets and service animals on a leash not more than 6 ft. long and
attended at all times. Pets are not allowed on swimming beaches. It is unlawful to copy
or reproduce this pass. Individuals presenting a copied or reproduced pass for sale or
personal use will be prosecuted to the full extent permissible under Indiana law. This
pass is valid from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025.
There shall be no refund or replacement of lost pass.
The GHP admits the driver and passengers to Interlake OSRA and Redbird OSRA but is not valid for motorized trail use. An Off-Road Vehicle Permit or a Daily Trail Pass is required to access off-road trails.
